Privacy Policy

VARON.agency is a creative technology studio based in Amman, Jordan. We are responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at jameel@varon.agency.

We collect a limited amount of information to understand how the site is used and to keep it working:

• Google Analytics runs only if you agree to it. When it does, it records the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, your approximate location, and interactions such as scrolling and link clicks, and it uses cookies to recognize repeat visits. If you decline, it is never loaded.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and page performance. They set no cookies and don’t identify you.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data — such as your IP address and browser — to deliver and secure the site.
• The site’s typefaces are served from this website, not from a font service, so loading a page tells no one else that you visited.

We only receive the personal information you choose to share:

• Booking a call: the booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It collects your name, email address, anything you add to the booking, and the time you choose.
• WhatsApp: when you start a conversation, we receive your name, phone number, and the messages you send.
• Email: when you write to jameel@varon.agency, we receive your email address and your message.
• The site assistant: when you open it and send a message, that message and the reply are sent to Anthropic, which runs the model that writes the answer, and are held on our server for one hour so the conversation can continue. We don’t ask who you are, and nothing you type is added to a mailing list or a customer record. Anthropic does not use it to train its models.

• To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and discuss or deliver the work you ask about.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t sell your personal information.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies, and may do so outside Jordan:

• Google Privacy Policy (Google Analytics)

The only cookies this site can set are Google Analytics’ own (such as _ga), and only after you agree. We ask once, on your first visit, and remember the answer. To change it, use “Cookies” at the bottom of any page and answer again — declining stops Analytics from loading at all.

Whatever you choose, the site saves your language preference and your answer to that question on your device. Neither is a cookie, neither is sent to anyone, and neither is used for tracking.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.

We keep booking details and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to work together, or as the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to each service’s retention settings.

Assistant conversations are deleted from our server one hour after the last message, and are not linked to you. Closing the panel doesn’t delete them any sooner; “Start over” abandons the conversation, which then expires on the same hour.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email jameel@varon.agency and we’ll respond.
